Shipping & Payment Policy

We at MANDARIĆ try our best to ensure our customer orders are packed and shipped within five business days after full payment has been received. Large or fragile items take up to 12 business days to guarantee a secure crate.

Standard shipping time for domestic orders is 2-5 business days. Standard shipping time for international orders varies by destination, weight and size of object, the customer should expect up to two weeks from the next coming shipping day.

Domestic customers have a right to cancel orders that haven't been received within 30 days. International customers have a right to cancel orders that haven't been received within 45 days, customs procedures not included. The customer is responsible for all fees associated with customs clearance in their country of destination.

If the shipping is delayed because of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other occurrences falling under “Force Majeure”, we do not take responsibility for potential consequences. We do the best of our ability to aid our customers in such events.

MANDARIĆ assume full responsibility that the objects are in their described condition when they reach you. This responsibility holds until the object is either collected by the buyer or delivered by the shipping company.  It is critical that you inspect your order upon delivery. Orders delivered via a freight carrier specifically must be inspected upon delivery of the item. Unfortunately, items are sometimes damaged in shipping. We ask that you inspect all items individually once they arrive so that any damage claims can be made immediately. If your item arrives damaged you must notify us within 2 days of receipt of the item(s). We will also request that you provide photos of any damaged product, along with the product packaging. We accept payment by invoice for all items. Tax refund cannot be applied since VAT on the margin (Margin Scheme/Global Scheme) is applied on all second hand goods in Sweden.  Price of shipping is regularly updated depending on size, weight and destination, the price will be advised before final invoice and payment. We reserve the right to deny any customer purchase.

Right to withdraw, returns, complaints

The customer has the right to withdraw or return their online purchase within 14 days of collecting their product. The object is to be in the same condition as it was prior to shipping, with the original tags and box it came with. When invoking the right to withdraw, the customer is responsible for all costs involving the return of the object(s) including insurance. Refunds will be processed once the good is returned to us in the same condition as it was when ordered.

All customers should thoroughly inspect the item pictures and description. If you are uncertain of an object’s condition, please contact us for additional pictures and information. We accept complaints regarding damages to objects occurring during transport with a full refund. Other complaints regarding an object’s condition at arrival will not be accepted.

We try to describe all our curated objects as thoroughly as possible. Each object has been carefully examined by us and we try our best to share information on each Product Page.

Please note that there might be slight color differences in the pictures depending on computer settings and type of screen/computer used as well as resolution.

Regarding light fixtures: our objects are used with age and sold with original wiring in most cases. We take no responsibility for the wiring and recommend the customer to rewire fixtures following their own countries standards.
